500,000 square feet is being added to
the existing 250,000 terminal.  Mr.
Evangelista is the engineer of record
of the existing terminal. E&A Engineers
are part of the CM of the addition and
subconsultant to the addition engineer
of record.  Approximate construction
costs: $ 250 Million.		 Guam International Airport
Youth Center YOUTH CENTER
Andersen AFB, Guam. 
A multi-purpose building 
containing a gymnasium. 
Approximate construction  
costs: $2.4 Million.

ESCONDIDO CITY HALL
Escondido, California.
A  2-storey sprawling type steel
structure. Approximate construction
costs: $14 Million.

BALBOA COMMUNITY
CENTER
San Fernando, California.
A multi-purpose building containing a
gymnasium. Approximate construction
costs: $ 4 Million.

OPEN  END CONTRACT -
VARIOUS ENGINEERING
SERVICES
Andersen Air Force Base, Guam.
Numerous engineering projects
including water supply and distribution
and sanitary sewer system. Engineering
contract: $400 k 		Balboa Community Center
