    Mr. De la Cruz  has extensive experience in the project design / construction management of structures of various complexities including dwelling units, commercial, educational, industrial, bridges, and government projects.

     He  is a registered professional civil engineer (PE) in  Guam.  He is also a registered professional civil engineer in the Philippines.
