E & A Engineers, Inc. is a multi- discipline group, consisting of engineers and architects.
We offer consulting services, for residential, commercial, industrial and educational, high rise, medical and Government facilities.
We were incorporated in 1986 as Gil V. Evangelista & Associates, Inc. We have an office in Guam, Marianas Islands, the Philippines and California. Currently, we are doing business as E & A Engineers Inc.
